Bad managers

We understand that good bosses are not the only reason why we work for certain organizations, but bad bosses will definitely make someone quit a job. If you have bad managers, you should either demote them or suck them but first, you have to determine which managers are bad and which ones are good. You can do surveys to find out this. But you need to be careful because some employees may be afraid of telling you the truth about bad bosses since they fear for their job.

Poor fitness

Fitness is one of the best employee productivity tools because not being in shape can affect the productivity of employees. The more unfit your employees are, the more trouble they will have with memory, concentration and staying on the ball during work hours. People who are in bad physical shape get sick often.

The best way to fight these problems is to have a gym in the office where people can work out before or after work. It might be expensive especially if you don’t have enough space but it will pay off in the long term.

Poor food choices

Poor food choices can also affect employee productivity. Junk and processed food can negatively affect productivity. You need to ensure that your employees eat well. The easiest way is to find out alternative healthy foods and find someone who can deliver them to your employees. Getting flyers from places that offer healthy foods and putting them in the offices will help employees get quality food.
